Keurig
No payout yet
This case is still being litigated — there’s no settlement fund, so there’s nothing to claim yet. We’ll notify you if that changes.
What Happened?
This lawsuit alleges that Keurig Dr Pepper falsely advertises its K-Cup pods as recyclable even though most consumers allegedly cannot recycle them in practice. Plaintiffs claim that while the pods are made from #5 polypropylene plastic, most recycling facilities do not accept K-Cups due to their small size, multi-material construction, contamination issues, and economic limitations. The lawsuit alleges that Keurig's recyclability claims mislead environmentally conscious consumers into paying a premium for products they believe are recyclable.
Could Keurig Owe Me Money?
Possibly, but not yet. No settlement has been reached, so there’s no fund and no fixed amount — Payouts range from $5-$20+.
If the case settles or a court rules in the class’s favor, we’ll show the real payout terms here and notify everyone on the waitlist.
